Contestants hereby absolve Friends of the Embassy, associates, and affiliates from any and all liability for any illness or injury suffered as a result of this contest. Contestants hereby state that he/she is in good health and has no knowledge of any valid medical reason why they should not be eligible to enter the contest. Contestants hereby agree that Friends of the Embassy may use their name, image and/or likeness in any future promotional campaigns or materials of any kind, including, but not limited to, their website.

 

Ø Registration forms can be obtained online at http://www.embassytheatre.org , picked up or dropped off at Andrea's Pizzeria, or mailed to ”Friends of the Embassy”, 114 Second Avenue, Burnham, PA 17009, or picked up and handed in at the Embassy tent on-site during festival hours from April 23-April 30 and will be accepted until all contestant slots are full.

 

Ø Registration fee is $3 per person paid to Friends of the Embassy.
