The Standing rail behind the last row of seats, dividing the inner lobby from the auditorium.  Despite the fact that many people say they remember the "bas-reliefs" on the lower part of the rail, they were actually just cutouts of wallpaper and applied during the final few months of operation of the theatre in 1981.
